In which currency are product prices quoted? The base currency on is Australian Dollars (AUD). All purchases and transactions made through are in AUD.

At this time we do not offer online gift certificates or gift vouchers.


Does ship internationally?

Coast to Coast currently only ships to our Australian customers. We understand that Coast to Coast’s consumer base exceeds this region and we are working to expand our shipping capabilities. Shipping Fees

For orders delivered to an Australian address:

~ Free of charge where the order subtotal is $100 or greater

~ $10 where the product subtotal is less than $100


Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in our prices.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please note that items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address, Coast to Coast will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within 1-4 working days (excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.

How will I know if my order has been received?

After you place an order at, we will send you an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we will send you a second email with tracking details. You can also track your order progress in My Account.

How do I track my order?

Returns Policy


Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product unless the product you receive form is damaged or faulty. In the event that this does occur, we are happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we are not able to refund shipping charges and you will be responsible for the return shipping. Please note that all exchanges will depend on stock availability.
To initiate a return, please contact Coast to Coast Customer Care ( within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will guide you through the return process.
In fairness to our distribution partners, Coast to Coast retail locations are not required to accept returns for products purchased at Likewise, we do not accept returns or process refunds for products purchased from physical retail locations.

Incorrect goods

We have assembled an efficient supply chain to ensure you receive the goods you order on time, and that you enjoy the experience. In the event that the product you receive does not match the product ordered (as reflected in your confirmation email), please contact us ( upon receipt of the goods. Damaged Goods

If the goods that you receive from are damaged in transit, please contact us ( immediately upon receipt of the goods. We ask that you keep all outer packaging (carton or bag) and take a picture for record.
